SPRING 2024 PROGRAM INFORMATION
Registration is now open for the Wilmette-Winnetka Spring 2024 Bantam Hockey Program, combining the Wilmette Jr. Trevians and Winnetka Warriors Bantam programs. Our Spring program offers 8 weeks of on-ice instruction with practices twice per week, as well as participation in two local tournaments for each team. All on-ice practices and tournament costs are included in the program fee.
We are excited to provide below our spring coaching line-up, schedule for clinics and tryouts, and a spring practice schedule.
Important Dates for Spring 2024
March 7-9: Checking Clinics (New Bantams Only)
March 12-15: Spring Hockey Tryouts (Travel Only)
March 23-31: Spring Break (No Hockey)
April 1: First Day of Spring Hockey
May 24: Last Day of Spring Hockey

Bantam Checking Clinics
Before attending any tryouts, all new Bantam players are required to sign up for two (2) of the following checking clinics:
Thurs, 3/7 - 6:50-7:50 p.m. at NSIA
Thurs, 3/7 - 8:00-9:00 p.m. at NSIA
Sat, 3/9 - 3:10-4:10 p.m. at NSIA
Sat, 3/9 - 4:20-5:20 p.m. at NSIA

Bantam Spring Uniforms
North Shore Hockey Club Spring Uniform Information
North Shore Hockey Club players will wear a reversible jersey and navy socks to all practices, games and tournaments for the spring season. Players who played for NSHC during the regular season should already have these and will not receive a new jersey or socks at this time. We expect to distribute the jerseys for new NSHC players at either a checking clinic or the first spring evaluation. Socks will be distributed during the first week of the spring season at a team practice. The cost of these items is included in the spring registration fee.
The reversible jerseys and socks will become the players' practice uniforms in the Fall. There will be an opportunity to order new jerseys and/or socks before the end of the spring season/school year (if necessary). Home Ice Advantage is NSHC's uniform partner and sells our socks at their store as well. Home Ice Advantage is located on Green Bay Road in Kenilworth.
What to Wear for Checking Clinics and Evaluations
Players should plan to wear their existing Wilmette or Winnetka practice jersey and socks to the spring checking clinic.
Players will receive their NSHC jersey at either a checking clinic or the first spring evaluation. Once received, players should wear their NSHC jersey to all NSHC events moving forward: all spring evaluations, practices, games and tournaments. Players should provide their own socks for the spring evaluations.
NSHC Spring 2024 Uniform Order Form
Orders for the NSHC uniform were due on January 12th. In the event that you missed the opportunity to place an order, you can fill out the order form HERE. While we cannot guarantee orders at the this time, we will make certain that your player has a jersey at the start of the season.
